What we collect

When you book a free class or send us a question, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the class you choose and anything you tell us (for example your goals or experience). For a child or teen, we collect their first name and age from the parent or guardian.

How we use it

We use your information to book your class, send your confirmation and waiver, answer your questions, and follow up about training with us by text, phone or email. You agree to this when you tick the consent box on our forms. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us.

Some replies to your texts, WhatsApp messages and emails may be written by our AI assistant.

Who sees it

Our staff and the messaging, scheduling and payment tools we use to run the gym. We do not sell your information.

Website analytics

This site may use analytics or advertising measurement tools (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to understand which pages and ads bring people to us. These load only if enabled by the gym.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing info@nymma.ca.
